Grievance Policy
While Beverly S Price goes to great lengths to ensure fair treatment for all participants and prevent potential problems, there will be occasional issues that come to our attention that require intervention. When a grievance arises regarding Beverly S Price’s offerings, the individual should notify Beverly S Price in writing as soon as possible. Written grievances should include: the individual's name, address, and phone number; the title of the program or service; and a description of the grievance. We will seek to resolve the grievance as soon as possible. The confidentiality of the individual will be protected as much as possible. A written response, including any necessary action to be taken, will be provided to the individual within 30 days of the date of the grievance.
